What happens here

Once the water has solidified, you can gently remove the cup and observe the solid silicone-like material. This transformation illustrates the 'Paint Block Technology' of Frog Tape: when water-based paint (which contains water) comes into contact with the tape's edge treatment, the derivative reacts with the water, creating a micro-barrier that prevents the paint from bleeding under the tape, resulting in sharp, clean paint lines.
