How a PRO fixes a dead lawn

What happens here

The presenter concludes by reiterating that homeowners don't need to hire professionals for these tasks. He encourages doing it yourself (DIY), as nobody will care for your lawn or implement the processes exactly as you envision them as well as you will. He suggests renting the necessary equipment as it's readily available and easy to use. He promotes checking his 'Dirt Monkey Shop' for cool giveaways and to support his channel, which offers trucks, trailers, and complete business setups for contractors.

Goal: Empower homeowners to perform lawn care themselves and promote supporting resources.

beneficial effect than deatching. I pull the deatchcher out once in a great while. The core air raator, well, that gets used a whole heck of a lot more. Now, I told you not to hire a professional. You absolutely can. I don't want to take anything away from my fellow contractors out there. They're working hard to make a living. But if you're a homeowner and you're going to do this, the reason why I say just rent it yourself is because those machines are readily available. They run just like a lawnmower. So, you just got to get it to your house. But it gives you the capability of micromanaging your own lawn. Hey, I've got an extra dense area right here. I'm really going to help. I'm really going to focus on this area. Maybe I'll do double triple passes. It doesn't hurt. You can double up. You can triple up on those passes and really loosen up that compacted ground. And maybe you got areas in different spots that don't need it as much, so you don't have to concentrate on it so much. That choice is yours. Where if you hire a professional, you can ask them to do those things for you. And most of them are going to do that for you because most people are pretty decent folks. But nobody ever is going to do as good of a job on your project as you will yourself. Nobody knows your lawn like you do. Nobody knows what's going on in your own head like you do or how you want things done precisely the way you want them done. And when you rent that piece of equipment, you get to check off every single one of those boxes. That allows you to make sure that you're getting things done exactly the way you want them. And if a video like this has helped you out, hit that thumbs up button. And if you want to do something cool for me, go over and check out the Dirt Monkey shop. It's the way I now support myself. We have a phenomenal giveaway we're doing over there. We're giving away so many cool things. It's my way of giving back. I've tried to give my knowledge to my audience. I've tried to share everything I've learned, good, bad, and in between. But this takes it to that next level that I always wanted to do. And this helps contractors start their own business. The Dirt Monkey Shop. What we do is we've been giving away trucks and trailers and complete business setups. We've got one going on right now with a company called Durahal. So, if somebody wanted to get into uh the rolloff business, it's a one and you're done. We're giving away a truck. We're giving away a Durahal…
