What happens here
After applying the final coat of paint, allow sufficient time for it to fully dry and cure. This process can take anywhere from 24 to 72 hours, depending on the paint type, temperature, and humidity. Refer to the paint manufacturer's instructions for specific curing times. Once the paint is completely dry to the touch and cured, carefully remove all painter's tape and drop cloths. Collect any residual dust or debris from the floor. Clean all brushes, rollers, and paint trays thoroughly with the appropriate cleaner (water for latex paint, mineral spirits for oil-based paint) to ensure they can be reused.
Goal: Allow paint to cure and clean up the work area
