All right guys so we got a new bull. These are all black Angus beef cattle right here. The bull that we got is a grass genetic cow. It's a beef cow called a south pole cow. This south pole cow what we're trying to do is breed in the right genetics for grass-fed beef here. And the south pole breed of cattle tends to do better on grass than most other breeds. In other words it tends to have less disease, less propensity for getting parasites and such. And it makes a little bit smaller cow, a little bit smaller cow is a lower impact on the land and on the soil. And you'll notice that this bull is not a very big bull. You'll also see some of the baby calves that we have out here. Some of them were born late last year and then we had one born about a week ago. So we're going to walk over here and check out this bull and his name is Cheeto. And I guess because he looks like the color of a Cheeto, I'm not too sure. So he's got to get used to me, pretty mild tempered animal. And again you can see he's standing right there beside a cow that's a yearling cow. And then this cow that's right behind him is about a two year old cow. So he's not, this is karate cow, this is a steer actually. So this young fella right here would have been a bull but he's been cut. And you can see he's just a little bit smaller framed and a beautiful, beautiful animal guys. He's been on the trailer for a little bit so he's got a little manure on him. But again compared to in Angus, this cow right here was born in September of the year before last. So he's about a year and three months old. And they buttied up pretty good, that's karate cow. Let you can see he's about the average size of a yearling cow here on the farm. Now you see Tammy over here, Tammy is the donkey, Tammy is a guard donkey and what Tammy does is, and I don't know this bull so I can't turn my back on him too much. But he's following me around like a puppy dog. Tammy is the guard donkey. Tammy guards the baby calves in case a predator gets after the calves. So all these cows, including this one that just passed gas on me, will be bred back to this bull here in the spring. We'll separate them out very soon with the steers and we'll keep them away from the mama cows until it's time. But you can see there's a little bit of socialization that has to go on with all these cows and this young bull. So they're all kind of socializing right now, establishing who's got all the dominance and who doesn't have the dominance. And…
