What happens here

The self-adjusting wire stripper can also handle multi-conductor flat cables. Insert the flat cable into the stripping mechanism and squeeze. The tool will strip all conductors simultaneously and cleanly, separating the individual insulated wires from the outer jacket. This is shown with a flat cable containing four wires.
