He Just Showed Up....50,000 Honeybees! What's NEXT?

What happens here

The beekeeper brings the new hive to the apiary. He removes the rock and lid from the first nuc box. He then carefully transfers each frame from the nuc box into the new deep hive body. He searches for the queen on each frame, checking for capped brood, larvae, and eggs, indicating a healthy, laying queen. If queen cells are found, he removes them to prevent swarming. After transferring all frames, he places the screened inner cover, the outer lid, and an entrance reducer set to the smallest opening, and secures it with a rock.

Goal: Successfully transfer bee colonies from nuc boxes to new beehives.
