What happens here
After all paver joints are thoroughly filled with the wet sand and the paver surface is clean of residue, allow the sand to dry and cure according to the manufacturer's instructions. Curing times can vary based on temperature, humidity, and the specific product. During this time, avoid walking on the pavers or allowing any traffic on the treated area. Once completely dry and cured, the sand will have hardened, providing a durable and stable joint that resists weed growth and insect infestation. Periodically inspect the joints for any areas that may need touch-ups or re-sanding in the future, especially after heavy rain or freeze-thaw cycles.
Goal: Allow the paver sand to cure properly and perform a final inspection for completeness and durability.
