Grind the Stump

What happens here

With all safety precautions in place, start the Barreto 30-SJ stump grinder. Position the machine over the stump and engage the grinding wheel. Carefully lower the spinning blade into the stump and move it from side to side, gradually grinding down the wood. Work in small, controlled passes, allowing the machine to do the work. Continue this process, lowering the grinding wheel deeper into the ground, until the entire stump (including any exposed roots) is ground several inches below the soil surface. Observe the rapid production of wood chips and dust as the machine operates.

Goal: Completely remove the tree stump below ground level.
