gravity fed mixed fuel tank
What happens here
A fill port, which also functions as a vent, is installed on the top of the 55-gallon drum. This port consists of a pipe fitting and a cap that can be easily removed for filling the drum. The design of the port allows for both the safe introduction of fuel and proper venting of the tank as fuel is added or dispensed, preventing vacuum lock or pressure buildup.
Goal: Create a safe and accessible point for filling the fuel tank.
