What happens here
The video showcases the utility of the Grabo vacuum lifter for precisely adjusting pre-laid patio pavers. To begin, ensure both the top surface of the paver and the suction cups of the Grabo tool are clean and free of any debris, such as dust, gravel, or dirt, as this is crucial for achieving optimal and reliable suction. Carefully position the Grabo tool onto the center of the paver that needs to be adjusted, ensuring good contact across its suction surface. Once in place, activate the vacuum pump on the Grabo tool; you will typically hear a change in the sound of the pump as it achieves a strong seal and vacuum. With the vacuum engaged and the paver firmly secured to the tool, gently lift the paver a few inches off its prepared bed. This brief lift allows for the necessary fine adjustments. Carefully guide the paver into its desired position, paying close attention to ensuring tight and even spacing with any adjacent pavers. Once the paver is correctly aligned and positioned, gently lower it back onto the base material. Finally, deactivate the vacuum pump and carefully detach the Grabo tool from the paver. Perform a visual inspection of the newly placed paver to confirm proper alignment and levelness with its surroundings.
Goal: Achieve tight and even paver spacing and alignment.
