Initiate the Team Lift

What happens here

With the lifting handles securely in place, gather a team of at least four people, two at each end of the beam's handles. Ensure clear communication and synchronize the lift. On a count of three, lift the beam simultaneously, keeping backs straight and lifting with legs. Distribute the weight evenly among all team members to prevent injury.

Goal: Lift the heavy wooden beam off the ground.
