What happens here

This video showcases a heart-shaped concrete casting made by a worker on a construction site. The man states he made the concrete heart for his wife, highlighting it as a gesture of 'true love'. The heart appears to be a decorative item, possibly created while pouring concrete for other construction elements like 'Sonotubes' for a 'pergola'. The video does not provide instructions on how to create the item but rather shares the finished product and the sentimental story behind it.
