First look at the new TYM "LUXURY" Cab Tractor....Will it replace the John Deere?

folks before we get started with the review of this tym t574 tractor awesome cab tractor right there i want to show you something we live in a global market okay it is extremely difficult to find any sort of farm machinery that's 100 from top to bottom made in the usa point in case right here is my john deere 5065e i'm going to show you the vin tag this tractor is assembled in india right there for the purpose of this video and many many other videos to come i think it's important for everybody to understand that we live in a global market a global tractor market now if you know of any tractor brand that is 100 made in the usa i'm talking about from the valve stem caps to the cab to the roof to the windshield to the glass to the light bulbs post it down there in the comments but we live in a global market and it's something that you guys need to understand tractors are manufactured all over the world this tractor came from wilson north carolina at tym's usa headquarters hey there folks this is josh stoney rich farmer welcome back to another awesome day here on the stoney ridge farm if you follow the channel you've seen this tractor once maybe twice i went to pick it up last week in wilson north carolina and then about three days after that i started getting sick i got the kovid i got the nasty one and i've just now gotten over it and today i want to walk you around this tractor so we're going to go from head to toe top to bottom front to back and if you guys have any kind of questions please post them down there in the comment section we're gonna walk around this tractor and we're actually gonna put it to work stacking up some hay bales today all right guys welcome to the stoney ridge farm channel this is your first time or your 50 millionth time here to get right into the meat and potatoes on this tractor this is from tym tym has been in business for a long time tym makes a lot of machinery it's from south korea which i know a lot of folks are all about buying american but i'm telling you there just aren't any 100 american-made tractors out there if there are guys please post a comment share it with me for sure so these tractors are brought into wilson north carolina which is tym usa's headquarters and that's where i went and picked this thing up there'll be a link at the end of this video to that video we're going to walk around this tractor i'm going to show you all the cool features it's a 55 horsepower tractor it's 44.7 pto horsepower it's got two hydraulic remotes on the rear i have a third function valve on the front so i can run a grapple all sorts of cool stuff so let's cruise around it and talk a little bit about the engine horsepower and all the cool features so from front to back and i've got a tartar farm and ranch uh heavy-duty bayless beer on here i'll be using that a little bit later this has the skid loader type quick attach right here you just raise that handle right there and raise that handle right there and you can get your implements on and off the machine it's spring-loaded works very good this is that third function valve that i was talking about and i'll show you how that's controlled in the inside uh hydraulics are very nice right here i've got all the specs uh you can also google all the specs but i'll read off a few so the loader lift capacity at full height is 2790 pounds this is a kook j engine it's a 55 horsepower engine with 47 pto horsepower the hydraulic pump is 7.7 gallons per minute it holds 17 gallons of fuel and it's a 540 pto machine also the three point on the rear will lift around 3 300 pounds so that's the lift capacity right here i found that you can see pretty good out of the cab down to hook up to your implements i haven't had any trouble where i had to get out of the cab and try to sort that out underneath the hood here we've got a 55 horsepower coupe j engine we'll pop the hood for you real quick the emblem this is the new style emblem on these tym tractors and it looks very uh well it's a tym emblem but it looks very transformer-esque guy looks futuristic to me so we're gonna go ahead and we'll go pull this handle right here and we'll raise our hood up we also have to pull forward our little brush guard right there so that we don't damage the grill we'll raise this guy up very easy access to everything here we'll get you underneath the hood and a little bit closer anything mechanical is good in my book right there that mechanical hood release is super easy your battery is stored right here in a place where it can't flop around your air cleaner is right here we'll get on up a little bit your radiator all that stuff you're cooling all that stuff's right there and your regen is right here okay so this does not have def fluid thank goodness it doesn't have the depth fluid uh this is a again kook j engine it's just about all mechanical it's very very very nice check that out nice little screen right there all your filters your oil filler everything is really really accessible this is for filling your axle right here power steering steers like a dream this does have industrial type tires instead of the agricultural type tires i did opt for those again easy access to just about everything this is one of your hydraulic filters your loader is a quick attach type loader also so we can pop these guys off pull a few pins and disconnect this loader if we don't need it if we're not going to be using it close that down push this back in place and then we've got a couple little mechanical attachers right there okay very good this is the third function valve in case we want to put something like a grapple in place right here let's cruise on around fit and finish man i can't say enough just looks clean very pretty nice new tractor your exhaust output is right there okay very nice um this tractor again has got maybe three or four hours on it not a whole lot of hours it does have a 70 amp alternator system on there and you've got a protector right there for your alternator so it doesn't get splashed up on very very cool here's where you fill your fuel tank up then we'll walk around the back side so my other tym tractor has an electronic push button right here to raise and lower the three point i really like this design right here so it's mechanical all you have is pull that down or raise that up so if you're hooking up something with your three point on the back of your tractor and you're in that cab you don't have to hop in and out in and out you can just adjust it by that handle very nice fit and finish a nice little touch right there for sure and we've got two sets of hydraulic rear remotes i have not popped the seals off of these these are brand new so they're all painted shut there we go very nice very very nice here is your filler for your hydraulic fluid and your filler or your axle and you can actually actually check your fluid right there very very cool okay we'll go ahead and we'll hop in the cab here nice machine i made a few little upgrades myself but you'll see those in a second so if you look right here the floor mat is a very high quality rubberized floor mat it has these little divots on here so you don't lose traction you can pull it out if you need to rinse out the machine and or clean the floor mats you got dual brakes so you can brake right brake left and right now we're in the setting where they're all connected together this is how you lock your brake okay very cool six year warranty awesome awesome stuff now as we look into the cab just a little bit further we've got a cup holder here we've got a little package tray here a very high quality seat with flip up arm rest right here and this is our selector lever for our high medium and low and right down here is where we put it in four wheel drive this is high quality material guys this is not cheaply made this is very very nice two cup holders here another little package tray a marine grade 12 volt locking charging port and also usb charging ports awesome you asked tym delivered very very cool right here i'm going to open and close our windows uh over here on this side we've got a little bit more control we've got draft control we've got raise and lower for our three point and we've got both of our controllers for our two rear remotes right there on the back the doors operate like a dream one finger watch nice very very nice got these little hydraulic shocks right here when you close it it just closes and it feels like quality guys it really really does so when we turn our key on we'll do this really quickly this thing will cycle through and i'm sorry about my reflection but it'll cycle through right there you see the glow plug light on the right it'll automatically turn on and turn off when it's ready once that's off we'll start the tractor [Music] turn like a kitten man super super nice so let's close this door now that is nice look at the visibility that we have here this is a gopro mount right here so we got a mirror on this side we've got a mirror here and a mirror there so we can actually watch an implement down here we can watch what's behind us and we can actually watch an implement here so pretty good uh you've got one two three four five six eight different vents on here you've got a kenwood stereo with bluetooth air conditioning and heat very very nice to have a nice dome light right here in case you're out working after dark very very nice something that most tractors don't come standard with is a horn turn signal lights both high beam and low beam okay this is for your regen we'll get in a little bit closer and show you guys some of these controls emergency flashers right there this is for your region and it'll tell you when it needs to reach in okay and this is your cruise control so you get to the speed that you want you tap that button you're in cruise this is your information button right here and it changes the information on this screen okay that's our temperature that's everything now this thing will automatically so we'll step on our break release our break just like that and we've got her in high right now i'm actually going to put it in low okay so now we're in low gear when we mash our pedal it automatically brings the throttle up so when we go into ford [Music] and reverse [Music] it will automatically bring your throttle up and down very very cool match the brake locking into place we're in good shape right here this is our loader handle ergonomically everything just fits right it just feels good i'm six foot five and we also have an adjustable steering column right here so if you want to push that out of the way if it's in your way for getting in and out if you got one of these that helps out for sure very very nice machine windshield washer wipers all right here all these buttons are right on this pillar very very nice so we also have pto we've got auto off and manual and this is the button that you push to engage the pto very very simple so there's something to be said about a nice tight and quiet cab and headroom look at all the headroom that i have right here guys again i am six foot five this is an adjustable seat so it'll go forward it'll go back way way back look at all the room i've got i mean my knees are behind where the steering wheel is i can stretch out completely in this cab and just relax you also have an adjustment on the seat for your weight so you can turn this knob down here and adjust your cushy seat for your weight it's spring-loaded very very nice driving through the field you just sink up and it it it's like riding a water bed it's really really cool guys uh for your bluetooth you actually have a little microphone right here so you can talk on the phone in case you need to handle some business while you're in the cab nice big roomy cab really really roomy step right there for you to get in and out of no buddy seat it's a really big cab but it does not have a buddy seat in there i say buddy seat trainer seat whatever you want to call it the big tymt 1104 does have a trainer seat so when you get ready to pull the loader system off you have these arms right here you'll drop these arms and you can remove totally remove the loader system i'm going to tighten this up while i'm thinking about it um that's about it guys we're actually going to put this thing to work talking about it all day doesn't do much of anything if it doesn't do the job so we're going to go grab three hay bales we're going to bring them down here where we're going to be feeding the cows we've got some snow coming so we want to make sure we've got the best hay down here for the cows during the snowstorm all right awesome man i can't say enough about this tractor the fit and finish is really top-notch quiet runs i i'm gonna say it runs almost as quiet as uh i used to have a mercedes sprinter van it almost runs as quiet as that sprinter van very nice [Music] it doesn't matter how pretty the tractor is if it doesn't do the work so we're going to test her out on a hey bill what a tight turning radius that's awesome um got three hay bales sitting right here these are the best three bales that i had uh from the loads that i picked up to feed the cows this year a little we've got to turn this one just a little bit there we go back up this is where that hydrostatic transmission really shines i was a geared tractor guy for years oh man i just scooped that bale up like it's nobody's business that's awesome now we're going four-wheel drive though need a little weight ballast in the back okay we'll back her on out here rpm give her of very very cool so first thing i really want to do with this hay bale i want to see how high i can lift it you don't have a ballast on the rear so you got to kind of be careful you're going to be lifting heavy stuff like this and this bale probably weighs around 1100 pounds i just want to see if i can double stack without anything on the back of this machine and i don't think it's going to be a problem at all holy cow this thing is doing great okay so now grab it from the high point we'll take it on down to where the cows are cows are already fussing at me that turning radius is awesome man holy cow turn super sharp visibility is an issue when hauling hay bales around the farm so i can see i'm sitting up in the driver seat in the cockpit and i can see right over that haymail that's super super good well folks that's it that's pretty much it that is the tymt 574 turbo diesel awesome machine i got to go feed the cows i got more work to do but i thought i'd take you guys along and show you this tractor it's proven itself to be really really capable and you're going to see a whole lot more of it in future videos here on the stoney ridge farm this is going to be my go-to bush hogging tractor my tractor for dragon the driveway my tractor for doing maintenance in the uh garden all sorts of stuff
