All right, we got six different methods of filling wood here. Um, this is, you know, pre-paint or pre-stain. I know what everyone's going to say, why don't you use this, why don't you use the Bondo? If you know something that I should add to this list, you know, let let me know in the comments. We'll start over here. We got wooden sawdust, which doesn't look too good, but disadvantages, it freezes. Um, the probably the only good thing about it is it's available. It's hard to sand, takes a long time to dry. Over here we got these two. This is both DAP products. Got plastic wood and the plastic wood acts. This goes on pink and dries light. You know, I guess that's an advantage, but just depends. Maybe more for homeowners, but uh both of these freeze. They're both hard. These have pre-colors, so if you're doing stained, um if you're doing a pre-stained thing and you're trying to match it, it's pretty good. And these are also both easy to sand. And I'd say these probably look the best. Over here we got hot mud 5-minute. Um, this looks pretty good. Disadvantages, it's hard to mix. Not to say it's hard to mix, but you got to mix it compared to these ones. It's easy to sand. It is messy. If you get it on, you know, anything, it seems like it it doesn't ever come out, especially like in cracks and stuff like that. Um, and then in some cases it can crack, not to say it will. This is something that we use pretty often between these and, you know, the the wood fillers. This is soft. Um, it's probably its bigger disadvantage, but it does dry fast. It doesn't freeze, so if you work in, you know, colder climates, you can keep this on the truck, keep it in there, you don't have to worry about it freezing and having problems. And this doesn't need any sanding. You can just skim it and you're pretty much good to go. You can sand it, but a lot of times, you don't really see those edges. Uh, this here is a caulk. I mean, you really probably shouldn't be filling with a caulk, but not that you can't. It's not the worst idea, but definitely not the best. But this also freezes, but you can thaw it. You can't sand it, so, you know, you run into like this here where you get this big bubble. And then what do you do, you know, like that? Not too good. Um, it is quick, but I don't think it ever really looks good. These two here we don't really use. Um, I wouldn't really recommend it. Maybe in a pinch. These are pretty good options. Um, we're probably use the either using these two or this here, depending on what we're doing. And then the hot mud, you know, I would say that's that's a okay option. This here is nice cuz you can stain it. Um, like the plastic wood can be stained and this here you can use the match. If you don't want to have to do a bunch and you just just put it in there, let it dry, and give it a light sand. I don't know. You guys let me know if there's anything on here I should use. I know I'm going to hear about the Bondo. Um I'm sure there's something else out there, so comment, let me know what you think.
