What happens here

Following the H-brace construction, the wire fence is brought in. This involves unwinding large rolls of Tornado Wire Titan Fixed Knot 13-48-12. The wire is then attached to the end/corner posts and stretched across the span. Professional fence installers use specialized techniques and tensioning tools to achieve the required tightness for a high-tensile fence. The video briefly shows the initial stages of this process, with the wire being prepared for attachment.
