What happens here

After successfully coating the first side, the painter carefully pauses spraying and uses the hanging hooks to rotate the panel 180 degrees. This action exposes the unpainted side of the panel. He then resumes spray painting, applying an even coat to this newly exposed surface, ensuring complete coverage similar to the first side.
