What happens here

Gather kitchen and table scraps, including items like avocado skins, onion peels, and eggshells. These scraps are collected in a dedicated scrap bucket. Provide these scraps to the adult laying hens. The eggshells are particularly important, as they provide essential calcium for the hens to produce strong eggshells, reducing the need for purchased calcium supplements. Note that baby chicks are not yet ready for table scraps.

Goal: Ensure proper care and feeding for both baby chicks and laying hens, utilizing table scraps and eggshells.
