What happens here

This project showcases the demolition of a neglected concrete swimming pool, highlighting a resourceful 'farmer's mentality' when conventional tools are unavailable. The process involves improvising water removal, using a large excavator to break concrete with heavy boulders, and then utilizing heavy machinery for debris removal, backfilling, and final site leveling.

I was absolutely fortunate enough to grow up on a farm 600 pounds of pig feed five pigs on the farm we're taking care of little Stanley's the speckled lunge we got three 50-pound feeder pigs and 200 pound pigs and get a load of this just found out see those curly tails that is a sign of their health when it pigs not feeling well its tail will go straight what a pig feeling good tails gonna curl up just like these guys these guys had worms tails were straight as a stick deworm them boom taught me was that farmers are the most creative and inventive people that you will ever find on this planet hands down and the reason is in the farming community there's two words that do not exist Menards and Home Depot a lot of times they need to have the right tool for the right job and guess what that tool doesn't simply exist and the means to go get it may be over a hundred miles away so what do you do when you're in that situation you make do with what you have and that is what farmers do in today's video you are going to see that mind frame in action you're not always going to have the right tool for the right job plain and simply and you guys need to start thinking outside of the box you need to start allowing yourselves to be creative and saying I'm not always going to have exactly what I need to accomplish the project and don't use that as an excuse a lot of times what happens down on the farm is you look at what you have to get done and you look at what you actually have on hand around you to accomplish it and you learn to make do today's job is a great example of thinking outside of the box getting creative getting inventive making do with what you have concrete swimming pool that's coming out today and yes we do have a concrete jackhammer we do have excavators with the thumbs and things like that but what we have found was we experimented and we used a big old Boulder dropped it into the swimming pool and discovered that was more efficient than any concrete jackhammer we ever had literally they are some of the most creative people are ever gonna meet plain and simple I mean the way farmers think so outside of the box they're not limited by anything I mean literally a farmer can come up with solutions to problems that most people would just be crippled by they're just like oh we can't finish this job till we go get the left-handed crowbar we only got right-handed crowbars I hate them thinking I hate that thinking where they're like people are just like well we can't get anything done cuz golly we just don't have the really tools farmers they never have that problem they create tools they make tools out of freaking nothing you never have a chance to go out on a farm to do it just literally do it coats you ready you got six hundred pounds of pig feet you ready to get going my piece is spend $50 for doing nice careful with that night careful with that night don't be banging my knife on the deck thank you I like about this knife absolutely no trimming then you try sharpener to rated edge night I don't care what shot me you got you never get them to cut like their poster cut this one need to run across the steel stone and it could be sharp just to touch it up go out on a farm spend a day two days if you can spend even longer working on a farm you're gonna see what I mean you're gonna be able to take that creativity that you discover from the farmers you're gonna bring that onto your own jobsite farmers a stereotype farmer they are actually people that don't understand their own limitations because they don't even think about it they just walk do it see something that has to be done and there's no reason why it can't be done start thinking like a farmer completion well you have to appreciate them for the food they provide no like beat every single man woman and child and spend McDonald's doesn't feed you guys and gals the farmers feed you I'm sorry start to appreciate farmers for what they are able to accomplish with what they don't have it's the biggest thing and it's an amazing thing it's something that you can do as well absolutely promise you took take your resources away and just don't even think about the possibility of failure but just understand it it's got to be done and all of a sudden it's gonna happen your mind is gonna come up with a way to do it it's as simple as that got to give credit to where credit is due due to growing up on a farm and being around some of the most amazing people that I've ever seen in my life coming up with the most amazing solutions to problems that absolutely stupefied me that's a big word for me stumped me that's better and seeing them not even hesitate not even slowed down just like boom all right we're gonna do this boom we're gonna do that just keep going they can do it do it all day they do it every day every single day they're out doing that can you do that in your business yes you can the answer is yes you can simple playing it simple kind of bless each and every one of you go out and think like a farmer hub is a great example of thinking outside today's job as a group really this is my video this is my video really I'm going to talk about this [Music] if you ever have a chance to spend a day or two days on a farm do it just do it Johnny needs to do it just do it just go do it yeah don't care just do it you're gon do
