Place Waterers and Feeders

What happens here

Carefully place the prepared waterers and feeders into the brooder. The video shows placing one waterer directly on the cardboard square under the heat lamp, and the long chick feeder adjacent to it. For future needs, the video also shows how to hang waterers and feeders from the same metal bar as the heat lamp using zip ties. This allows the feeders and waterers to 'self-level' and be adjusted in height as the chicks grow. Avoid placing waterers and feeders right next to each other to prevent spillage and fouling of the brooder. Cleanliness is paramount to prevent disease.
