Identification of Independent Power Source and Fuel System

ever seen a mower towing a mower?
What happens here
A significant aspect of this custom mower is its complete independence from the towing vehicle's power. It is explicitly stated that there is no belt drive or power take-off (PTO) connection to the primary mower. Instead, the trailing mower is equipped with its own internal combustion engine, which was repurposed from a riding mower. This engine is supplied with fuel from an external, red plastic jerry can that serves as its dedicated gas tank. This self-contained power and fuel system allows the mower deck and blades to operate entirely autonomously, with the towing vehicle merely providing locomotion.
Goal: Understand the self-sufficient power and fuel supply that drives the cutting mechanism of the mower.
