Easy Blade Replacement: Maximize Cutter Performance & Longevity
What happens here
Once the old blades are removed and disposed of, align the new blades with the spindle holes on the mower deck. Ensure the cutting edge of the blade is facing the correct direction (typically upwards towards the deck). Hand-tighten the nuts onto the spindle bolts, then use the impact wrench or socket wrench to securely fasten them. It is crucial to tighten the nuts to the manufacturer's specified torque settings to prevent loosening during operation and ensure safe performance. Once both blades are installed, the mower can be safely lowered.
Goal: Attach new blades and return the mower to its operating position.
