Door Deckers | Painting Doors Laying Flat

What happens here

Once painted, doors can be stacked horizontally on top of each other using the provided rubber bumpers. These bumpers create a sufficient gap (approximately 1.25 inches) between the doors, allowing for adequate airflow and ventilation. This proper airflow is crucial for the water-based paint to dry and evaporate its chemicals, preventing common issues like warping. For hollow core doors, it's recommended to stack them vertically using the Door Deckers as temporary supports against a wall or drying rack after they've dried horizontally for at least 24 hours, to prevent long-term warping caused by moisture absorption.

Goal: Utilize the Door Deckers and rubber bumpers to stack painted doors horizontally or vertically for optimal drying and space saving.
