What happens here
After all the polymeric sand has been swept and wet into the paver joints, conduct a thorough final inspection. Check for any areas where the sand might not be fully compacted or where excess sand remains on the paver surface. Lightly mist the entire area one last time to ensure all polymer binders are activated and any residual fine particles are settled into the joints. Remove any remaining polymeric sand residue from the paver surfaces using a leaf blower on a low setting or by carefully sweeping with a very soft broom. Allow the polymeric sand to cure completely according to the manufacturer's instructions, which typically takes 24-48 hours, avoiding foot traffic or heavy use during this period.
Goal: Ensure proper sand application, clean the surface, and allow for curing.
