Perform Large Area Machine Grading

What happens here

A red skid steer, which appears to be a Kubota SVL series model, equipped with what the narrator calls a 'hydro bucket' (likely a power rake or soil conditioner attachment), is actively used to grade a large expanse of raw earth.
