What happens here
Begin by removing the existing 12x12 concrete slab and any other unwanted elements, such as old landscaping or excessive turf, to prepare the site for the new design. Demolish the existing wooden steps leading from the house. Excavate the areas designated for the paver patio, pavilion foundation, and fire pit area to the specified depths, ensuring proper base material can be installed. Grade the entire area to establish a gentle slope away from the house for optimal water drainage. Install a compacted base layer of crushed stone and sand for all hardscape elements, following manufacturer specifications for pavers and structural supports.
Goal: Prepare the ground and establish stable foundations for all hardscape features.
