Deck Framing 101 with Prowood True Frame Joists!
What happens here
Floor joists are cut to the appropriate length. Metal joist hangers are then installed at the marked locations on the rim joists and main beams. Each joist is carefully placed into its respective hanger, aligned, and then secured with nails using a pneumatic nail gun and a hammer. Additionally, blocking is installed between joists at various intervals to prevent twisting and provide lateral stability, also fastened with a nail gun.
Goal: Complete the floor framing structure
