A subsequent step involves applying and sanding grain filler to achieve an ultra-smooth surface before the final topcoat is applied. The project concludes with the reassembly of glass inserts, transforming the old, worn furniture into a like-new piece with a durable, smooth, and aesthetically pleasing finish.
