Costly mistake with Farm Borrowed Equipment!
What happens here
The creator uses two flathead screwdrivers to carefully pry off the three rubber retainers (tabs) that hold the remaining broken glass and the old rubber seal in place. He simultaneously uses the Milwaukee cordless vacuum cleaner to immediately suck up any broken glass pieces as they are dislodged, preventing them from falling to the floor or into his shoes. He emphasizes the importance of carefully removing the entire rubber gasket, as it contains metal rings and bending it out of shape could make reinstallation difficult. Once all broken glass and the old gasket are removed, the frame is cleared for the new installation.
Goal: Safely remove all broken glass and the old rubber seal from the window frame.
