Paint Ceiling with Internal Feed Roller

so another reason why i like to use an inner feed roller is a lot less shoulder fatigue so i'm not having to reach down reach up reach down reach up you know continuing to fill my roller so my shoulders aren't going to get so fatigued did you see i'm just cruising right along shoulders aren't even working a whole lot so doing ceilings significantly easier on my shoulders
