Position and Level Post Base

What happens here

Align the metal post base bracket over the first drilled hole. Insert the first concrete anchor bolt through the corresponding hole in the bracket and into the pre-drilled hole in the concrete. Lightly tap the anchor bolt into place using a hammer to secure the bracket loosely. Then, use a level to ensure the post base is perfectly plumb (vertical) against the wall. Make any necessary small adjustments by tapping the bracket with the hammer until it's correctly aligned.
