Manage Logistical Challenges and Site Access (Manual Labor)

What happens here

Due to narrow passages and existing landscaping (arborvitae), there was no access for heavy machinery or large equipment. This necessitated manual labor for virtually all aspects of the project, including the transport of all materials (pavers, base, sand, debris) using wheelbarrows through tight spaces. All excavation was also done by hand, especially critical given the presence of numerous buried utilities, which transformed the work area into a 'minefield of utilities.' This logistical challenge significantly increased the time and effort required for the project.

Goal: Overcome significant site access limitations through comprehensive manual labor.
