Changing Blades on A ELECTRIC Lawnmower. Anything Special About It?
What happens here
After removing the blades, carefully inspect each spindle for any signs of wear, damage, or foreign objects (like wire, string, or excessive grass build-up). Use pliers or your gloved hands to remove any entangled debris, ensuring the spindle can rotate freely. Apply a small amount of eco-friendly lubricant to the spindle bolt threads and the shaft to ensure smooth installation of new blades and to prevent rust. Finally, re-position the small circular plate/washer onto the spindle bolt before installing the new blade.
Goal: Ensure spindles are clean and ready for new blades
