Chainsaw Trouble - I took Stihl & Husqvarna Chainsaws from a Tree company for 30 days

What happens here

The video concludes with the presenter giving kudos to ECHO for being willing to engage in the field test, unlike STIHL and Husqvarna who did not respond to requests. Scott reiterates that while ECHO produces quality outdoor power equipment generally, their chainsaws are "not quite there" for the high demands of professional arborists. He emphasizes the importance of subtle differences in tool feel, balance, and quality for experienced professionals.

Goal: Summarize the findings and offer a final assessment of ECHO chainsaws for professional applications.

They're not quite there. So, the first thing I want to say is kudos for Ekko for stepping up to the plate. When I contacted both Steel and Huscoarna, I couldn't even get a response back. Ekko was at least willing to take the challenge on. Now, I've ran Echo equipment for 3 years and never had a single mechanical breakdown in any of their blowers or trimmers, but not every piece of equipment is the same. If this test has helped you guys out in some way, shape, or form, let me know in the comments down below or give me a thumbs up. Thank you. God bless. Go get them. Kyle, what do you think? Hey, Kyle. Sir, what do you think of that saw now that you've been using it? I think it's very powerful. Got good weight to it and uh it's it's a very nice saw. I like it a lot. Okay. But what are you used to using? used to use it on the ground here. Uh what do I 455 or steel uh 029 028 something like that. So I've been running steel for 16 years. So to go to something else, it's a little bit different to get used to the weight distribution, but other than that, I think it's across the board. It's a good saw. It's good. Okay. Y good to know. We're riding in the bucket. Yes, sir. You'll be okay. I know, BUT [Music] Heat.
