What happens here
The video begins by showcasing a large Weber MT CR 8 plate compactor, resting on a wooden pallet in the back of a utility truck or trailer. The speaker indicates that this heavy piece of machinery is intended for offloading and subsequent use in a 'foundation hole' to 'smack that soil really hard,' implying soil compaction for a construction base. The compactor is blue and grey, with the 'webermt' brand clearly visible.
