What happens here

While the epoxy is still wet and tacky (open time), evenly broadcast the Torginol hybrid flakes over the entire surface. This is typically done by hand, taking handfuls of flakes and throwing them upwards and outwards, allowing them to fall gently and uniformly onto the epoxy. Ensure full coverage, aiming for a consistent distribution to achieve the desired aesthetic and anti-slip properties. The flakes adhere to the wet epoxy, becoming an integral part of the floor system.
