Can $100,000 SAVE THIS BACKYARD?! - Start to Finish Build Time Lapse

What happens here

The project begins with the demolition of the existing concrete patio and retaining walls. Heavy machinery, specifically a Kubota KX040-4 mini excavator and a Bobcat compact track loader, are used to break up and remove the old structures, excavate the area, and level the ground. Workers also use hand tools like shovels, rakes, and a cut-off saw for detailed demolition and initial ground preparation. The ground is then compacted using a plate compactor.

Goal: Clear the area and prepare a level, compacted base for the new deck structure.
