So, what you guys are about to hear is an actual real live scam call that they tried to pull on me. I'm going to let this thing play through as far as I can possibly take it and record the entire thing. So that way if you guys ever come across a situation like this, hopefully this will help you from getting scammed. In 45 45 minutes to an hour, somebody the cops will be here to arrest me. I get it. I'll wait here for them. Couple of the things I noticed right away is they're calling me from a call center. Meaning that they're doing this. There's a bee. There's Buzzy Bee. They're doing this across all across the United States over and over and over again. Let's stop this right where it comes from. Hey, make sure you look for yourself on YouTube because I'm going to try to make you famous as a scammer. Hey, this is not a Kevin Johnson. Oh, you changed your name? Well, wait. Kevin Johnson at 716442 3765. You You mother What? What? Did I Did I wreck your scam, Kevin? Did I wreck it? But this whole story doesn't start here. It starts with a panicked phone call from my wife. So, let's go right from the beginning. [Music] Somebody's tired [Music] at your doorstep. Okay. Well, how long do I got to wait before I'm arrested? Cuz I'd like to change my underwear first. Mom called me up. Hi, Huntman. You're loaded, Mom. like an arm soldier. I have been since I've been like 20. All right. So, you called me up. Hi, Finn. How you doing, little buckwheat? He just woke up. Yeah, he was asleep. So, tell me about this phone call. What did you think of it when you first heard it? I don't know. I thought it sounded pretty serious. Kind of scary, threatening. Yeah, they were going to come arrest you. You had so many days. So, Did it sound Did it sound real to you? I saved it. Yeah. Yeah. Well, you couldn't tell. It wasn't a person voice. It was one of those recording voices like this is IRS. And so because it was a recorded voice, did that make it sound more authentic, you think, or not? Uh I didn't I don't know, I guess. Yeah. Like it was something they send out to people that are in trouble. Okay. All right. So, what you're going to hear next is a complete and utter scam. I know this because this scam was pulled once on my daughter when she was about 18, 19 years old with her college tuition. They called her up and threatened her. You're going to hear the phone call now of what they're trying to pull on me. And then what we're going to do today is we're going to call them back and we're going to see how far they can take this thing or how far they're going to try to take this thing. I'm going to guess before this phone call is done. They're going to try to get me to give them either my private information, uh maybe even a credit card. Actually, what you're going to hear is they want direct access to my banking and routing information. You see, a credit card has limits, but direct access to your bank account means they can take a lot more money a lot faster before they get caught. Don't give that out to anybody, even if it's to make a deposit into your account. Because what happens is a lot of times a scammer will say they're going to deposit money into your account and ask for your banking and routing information. And once they have it, then they can do just about anything they want. So keep that safe. But this is a complete IRS scam by a company that has nothing to do with the IRS and they don't work like this. So let's hear what these guys have to say. First, let's listen to the call. You have it. Friday 151 p.m. We are calling you from investigation team of IRS. We have just received a notification regarding your tax filings from the headquarters which will get expired in next 24 working hours and once it get expired after that you will be taken under custody by the local cops as there are four serious allegations pressed on your name at this moment. We would request you to get back to us so that we can discuss about this case before taking any legal action against you. The number to reach us is 716 442 3765. I repeat 716 442 3765. Thank you. Monday. No. Well, I saved it for you. I know. Did you play it for your thingy? I did. Yeah. See what they think. Yeah. All right. So, there's a That's great. So, you guys tell me in the comments down below. Did this sound like the real deal to you or not? Because it actually does sound very genuine except there was a few indicators that really gave it away. Well, that's why I wasn't sure. What do you What were the indicators that gave it away to you? IRS doesn't call. They've ever called. No. And um it just sounded too threatening like you have to give us a call back or you will be arrested. Yes. And it's like whoa that's pretty extreme. Yes. And then I thought well if old people get this they're going to be flipping out and call this person and give them whatever they need and that's wrong. And remember when it happened to Cassidy? Yeah. That was bad. She was in tears. They were going to come get her. That was bad. Yes. She had so many hours or they were going to arrest her for student loans. Right. It was a student loan. Student loans and we need your social security number and if you don't give it to us, you have so many minutes before the cops arrive. Oh yeah. Yeah. And she went into tears saying help. Yep. So that's wrong. That's wrong. These guys I want to You can't do that to people. No. No. I'm not worried about us as much, but old people, young people. That's just wrong. Just wrong. Well, they tried to do that, too. Well, let's give these guys a call and see what these four serious allegations are held against me. It's weird that the IRS is so willing to negotiate before I get picked up by the local cops, which Oh, by the way, they left this message on Friday and this is Monday. I just got the message. The local cops haven't been here yet. Oh, and I want to jump in here real quick and ask you guys to do me a favor and share your own stories in the comments down below. on the last video. You guys did that and and people that watch that video could read more stories down below and protect themselves from potential scammers. So, please share your own stories down below. Hello. Yeah. Can you hear me? Okay. I can hear you, sir. I can't hear you. Hold on a minute. You still there? Yes, sir. Okay. So, you can hear me? Okay. Yeah, that's clear, sir. Okay. So, I got a call on Friday. I have four serious allegations against me by the IRS, I believe. Yes, sir. Uh, so when did you receive the call or voicemail, sir? Yeah, I got a voicemail and I want to make sure I get this taken care of right away. Okay. So, first of all, can you verify me your first name so that I can pull out your reference number so that I can pull out your reference number and give you more information for future reference? Sir, sure. My first name is Stan. My last name is genetic. Yeah. Stanley Genetic. Right. Right. Stanley R. Genetic. Yes, that's Yeah, that's my name. Okay. Um, Stanley Renetic, do you have a pen and piece of paper handy? I want you to write down some information. Let me grab a pen and paper. Okay, I'm ready. Once you're ready, let me know, sir. Yeah, I'm ready. Okay. Okay. So, if you listen really closely in the background right here, you can hear that he must be at a call center and other scam artists are doing the exact same thing that he's doing, making these phone calls over and over and over again. Okay. So soon, sir. What? I said so soon. You are ready with your pen and piece of paper handy. Yeah, I got a pen in my hand and a piece of paper right here. That's how I wrote down your number to call you. Okay. So, sir, uh you can note down my first name is Kevin. My last name is Johnson. Holding the badge numbers in G S Y. Whoa, whoa, whoa. I can't I can't write any of that. Hey, hold up. I can't write that fast. Well, I'm sorry. What was your first name and last name? My first name is Kevin. My last name is Johnson. holding your batch number GS golf 54328 54328 Yes sir my agent ID number G is in golf S is in Sam 54328 yeah that's correct sir okay all right Caven Johnson okay sir we called you to assert in your attorney that they post serious allegations and a lawsuit has been filed under your name by the Internal Revenue Service. So, are you aware about the situation right now, sir? No. Don't aren't they supposed to notify you by mail? Yes, sir. Uh, but we have tried to s uh send you two certified letters and mailing address, but there was no one to sign it. So, it bounced back to us, sir. Oh, okay. So, what happens next? Sir, uh, Stanley R. Genetic, your age is 46. Your current address right here. He tells me what my address is, but I'm not telling you guys what it is. Yes. Yeah, but I'm 47 actually. Okay. So, but you have register uh we have your current age maybe uh like your previous age and your current zip code. Yes, sir. So we have sent we even have tried to send send you three certified letters at your mailing address but there was no one to sign it so it bounced back to us and one of my Brian Austin he went to your doorsteps and he put a he put a letter there would be a yellow slip that he stick on your doorsteps but there was no one to respond that we even have uh wrote a call back number in that you Like there would be a yellow slip which he had been placed at your doorsteps but there was no one to respond that letter. That's the reason we are giving a last notification call before we take any legal actions under your name. Okay. What are my allegations? What's the four allegations? Okay. Uh so uh we called you to assertain attorney that there is a serious allegations and a lawsuit has been filed under your name by the internal revenue service. So, are you aware about the situation right now? No. Okay. So, according to this guy's part of his scare tactic, I have four allegations against me and the IRS has already filed a lawsuit. But the unfortunate truth is the IRS doesn't file lawsuits. They just take what they want. You're the first person I've talked to about this. Yes, sir. I don't get you. How do I How do I settle this? Okay. So we called uh so as you said you are not aware about the situation right now. So I'll just go ahead and read out the legal charges and proceed allegations under your name. But before I do that do not interrupt me. I'll give you a fair enough time to speak if you have any questions or any kind of doubts. Okay. Okay. The four serious allegations under your name are count one violations of federal tax regulations. Count two visions of internal revenue code, count three by deceptions, count four willful misrepresentation information to a government organization. So as per the document we conducted an FY conducted an audit for the tax file for the year of 2012 to 2017 and we found that there was several miscalculation error for the taxes that you have been filing does not match the tax record that we have. So according to the section 101 the amount is still outstanding on your name which you haven't paid and for that reason the local authorities with errors work will come at your place. Your driver license will be cancelled and everything under your name your property your bank account such as your passport will be confiscated and you will also face a non-b imprisonment for up to 5 years. Now, the total amount outstanding on your name is $4,687, which includes your pending taxes, legal charges, and late fees. Now, may I ask you, Mr. Stanley, our jani, you did this intentionally or it was your honest mistake, sir? So, it was at this point that my 19-year-old daughter was in tears when they blindsided her and tried to hit her with this exact same scare tactic, telling her that if they didn't give out if she didn't divulge her social security number, a large payment, they were going to have the police there to arrest her in 10 to 15 minutes. It's just a different scam, but the same old scare tactic. Honest mistake. Sir, who file the taxes for you and how you file the taxes? Sir, I have an accountant that files the taxes. Uh, does he work uh does he works in H&R blog or he works in a private company or does he do do for you through travel taxes? Private company. Okay. Private company. So, as as you know, let me make you aware first of all, Mr. Stanley, this is a friendly recorded line. The conversation which we are having right now is being recorded by one of my senior officer. Oh, good. Because I was I'm also recording it because I I'll never be able to remember all of this. So, yeah, I'm glad we're both we're both getting it recorded cuz I was worried that you guys were going to tell me something and I would miss it. So, how how do I settle this then? What do I got to do? Okay. So, so what you want to do exactly, sir? Do you want to resolve this matter or you want to fight the case with us? No, I'll I'll resolve it. So, do you have that much amount to resolve this matter? I do. You do, sir? Mhm. Okay. So, exactly where are you exactly right now? Well, I'm I'm exactly in my kitchen. Um, that means you are at home or are you at work? At home, I I guess. Right. So, what difference does that make? Are you sending someone over? Uh, sir, if you really want to resolve this matter in this webly recorded land, you just have to give your paying attention so that I can email you to the schoolhouse. If you trying to fraud or trying to play with us with the federal agent, you'll be get ready for the consequences in next 45 to 1 hour. Okay. You'll be get arrested in next 45 to 1 hour. Okay. So, if I'm trying to play with you, I'll be arrested in the next 45 minutes to 1 hour. Is that what you said? Yes, sir. Okay. So, are you are you still aware about the situation or are you thinking I don't know, sir? I'm I'm just asking you what do I got to do to clear this up? I guess I'm trying to find out. Okay. So, so if you want to raise way solve this matter. So, in this fally recorded land, we are not authorized to take any cash payment or debit card payment or check payment from your side. Okay. So, if you have if you really want to resolve this matter, you have to convert your money into an electronic vir. Yes. So, I wanted to find out exactly why they didn't want to take my credit or debit card, but they wanted to do this this electronic funds transfer. And so, at the end of this video, I'm going to call my bank, run them through this scenario, and find out exactly what they're up to. Their plan is much more devious than a simple credit card number like uh electronic federal tax payment system. Yes. Yes. Have you done it before, sir? No, I never have. [Applause] Okay. So, from where did you uh purchase that? So, I I couldn't just pay you via credit card because that would be too easy for me to retract the payment. I'm guessing when I find if I found out that you really weren't with the the IRS. [Applause] Uh so as I really as I told you in this recorded line we we cannot take any personal information like your banking account or your credit or we are not authorized to take any bank uh your debit card payment or check payment or credit card or you know sir we are not authorized to take any in this recorded life. So whatever you have to do, you have to convert your money into an electronic wallet. So I got all right. And so the best way for me to do that is to do that and then to call you back at this 7164423765 number, which I noticed you didn't really say IRS when um I opened it up. Now I've got four charges going against me. Uh, and I didn't really catch those, but thankfully I'm recording this whole thing and I'm going to be posting it on YouTube. Um, for everybody to know. Um, so I'll be able to just play that back. Um, Kevin Johnson at 716442 3765 with badge number GS54328 with the IRS. All right. Yeah. Really? But I I mean, you know, if you think I'm playing with you, in 45 45 minutes to an hour, somebody the cops will be here to arrest me. I get it. I'll wait here for them. Okay. So, just be at your door. Yeah. Have a nice day. Yeah. Okay, sir. Okay. Okay. Oh, I think I stirred up the harness nest a little bit there because this isn't over yet. His supervisor is going to be calling me back right about now. I could have played this all further. I just want you guys to get maybe this is them again. Who's this? Uh this is uh just now you have uh spoken to the IRS officer and they have sent me the email right now and we are coming. Can you see that number from 911 and they have already email uh your number to us and you you are trying to play with them and so we are trying to reach at your doorsteps. Okay, just be at your doorsteps and have a nice day. I will I will I will wait at my door to get arrested. I'm checking my email. I'm not seeing where actually how long should I wait till you can you see that number in your phone number? Right now we are calling from 911. It said 699 651699. No, that was previous number sir. Right now we are giving a call from 911. Oh no. Um it doesn't come up. Maybe you should try calling me again from 911. I guess uh it just didn't come up that way, Kevin Johnson. But hey, make sure you look for yourself on YouTube because I'm going to try to make you famous as a scammer. Hey, this is not a Kevin Johnson. Oh, you changed your name. You're not Kevin Johnson with G with badge number GS54328 anymore? No, no, sir. That's my junior officer. Oh, your junior man, that guy sounds just like you. Okay. Where are you located? I mean, I'll just show up with my with cash in hand and gladly hand it all over to you. Okay. So, we are sending the calls right now, sir. Okay. Have a nice day. How how soon till they're here? I'll wait for them on my front door. Uh maybe just like uh we uh we'll report to your uh first your state. Well, it should be. I mean, they're I mean, local cops should be here pretty darn quick if uh if you're sending them. I don't see it in my email, though. I'm looking through my email and I'm not seeing where you've notified the IRS or the local police. So, we we are not sending you any email, sir. We have tried to certify send you three certified network and your mailing address. Okay. But you just you just said if I check my email, you just notified the IRS and you're sending the local police. I did not say you will sending you my email at your doorstep. Okay. Well, how long do I got to wait before I'm arrested? Cuz I'd like to change my underwear first. Okay. You just do whatever you want and get yourself arrested in next 45 minutes. I will. I will. I'm waiting. 35 minutes. I thought it was going to be sooner than that. How I'm Maybe I can grab a bite to eat. Should I just stay put? See you there, sir. See you there. Do not waste our time. I'm I'm not wasting your time. I'm complying. I'm just waiting to be arrested now. I I think. I hope. I mean. Okay. We'll wait. We'll wait. Kevin Johnson at 716442 3765. You You mother. What? Hang up. What? Did I Did I wreck your scam, Kevin? Did I wreck it? Oh. Oh, dude. That was too That was sweet when he called back cuz the jig was up. Sad truth is, guys, these guys will go to an extent. They pray upon people that just don't know better. College kids, my daughter was a victim of this until I got on the phone with them. Um, older people especially. So, if you know anybody, share this.…
