Final Grading & Pasture Seeding

What happens here

After the initial power sweeping and rough grading, the land is prepared for seeding. Grass seed can be applied using a specialized drill seeder, such as a Woods Precision Super Seeder, which precisely places seeds, or by broadcasting them across the prepared soil. Within approximately three weeks, the newly seeded areas are expected to transform into lush, green pastures suitable for cattle grazing.

Goal: The final step involves meticulous grading to ensure a smooth, even surface, followed by seeding with grass for a new cattle pasture.
