biggest tree I've ever cut!

What happens here

After the tree is felled, the next step is to delimb it (remove branches) and buck it into usable log lengths for the sawmill. For this project, the logs need to be approximately 8 feet long to create 2x12 planks for the planter beds. Use a measuring tape and sticks to mark the cut points along the main trunk. Prioritize cuts that avoid knots or significant curvature, as these sections may be unusable or reduce the quality of the milled lumber. Also, cut off any sections that split during felling. The creator uses the Stihl MS 661 Chainsaw for bucking and delimbing.

Goal: Prepare logs to specific lengths for milling
