What happens here
Instead of a traditional jackhammer, a large boulder is utilized as a demolition tool to break up the concrete floor of the pool. The excavator lifts and drops the heavy boulder repeatedly onto the pool's base to fracture and shatter the concrete into manageable pieces. This method is noted as causing less vibration to adjacent structures compared to a jackhammer.
Goal: Shatter the concrete base of the pool.
