What happens here
Continue the spray painting process by applying white paint to the baseboards. The floor is protected by blue painter's tape and what appears to be drop cloths or paper, while the upper wall (light blue/gray) is either already painted and dry or also masked, preventing overspray. Use the same consistent technique as with the window trim, moving the sprayer in smooth, even passes along the length of the baseboards.
