RakeM8 (Rake Mate) Leaf Tongs

What happens here

RakeM8 (Rake Mate) is an innovative tool designed to transform two ordinary rakes into efficient tongs for collecting large quantities of leaves and yard debris. This simple device easily slides down the shafts of two rakes, holding them together to create a wide grabber. It simplifies the laborious task of raking and bending over, allowing users to pick up massive amounts of leaves with one hand and easily deposit them. The inventor, Steve Farland, developed RakeM8 after a personal injury prevented him from raking conventionally. RakeM8 is available online at rakemate.com.
