What happens here
Begin by positioning the Titan front basket rack on the ATV's front cargo area. The presenter notes that the Honda Rubicon's factory rack design (and newer Foreman models) makes universal rack mounting challenging. Use a Milwaukee M18 Fuel impact driver with a 13mm socket to partially secure the basket using pre-installed bolts. Realize that some bolts are too long and might rub against the ATV's plastic, requiring them to be shortened. The presenter uses a Milwaukee PortaBand Pro (a portable band saw converted into a benchtop tool) to cut the bolts to the correct length. Re-thread the nuts onto the cut bolts to ensure the threads are clear. Then, use a cordless drill to create new pilot holes in the basket's frame to align with the ATV's factory rack holes for a secure fit. Apply a small amount of blue Loctite to the bolts before final tightening to prevent loosening from vibrations.
Goal: Mount the front basket rack securely onto the ATV's front cargo area.
