Presenting the 'Before' State and Project Need

What happens here

The video begins by showcasing the 'before' state of the property, displaying a newly built house on a barren lot with minimal landscaping. The ground is primarily dirt, lacking grass or developed features. The builder has only installed basic, temporary wood steps leading out from the back door. The presenter highlights the need for a comprehensive landscape plan, including sod for the lawn and a detailed patio design for the backyard, setting the stage for the proposed transformation.

Goal: Showcase the initial conditions of the property and identify landscaping requirements
