Assess Window Damage from Mowing

What happens here

The crew chief inspects a house where a window on an upper level bay window has been broken. He speculates that a rock, either flung by a trimmer or launched from the steep hill behind the house, caused the damage. He notes the irony that this window, unlike the lower ones, broke, and expresses frustration over the current difficulty in finding contractors for repairs in the area, stating it's been days without a resolution.

Goal: The crew discovers a broken window at one of the houses, likely caused by a rock flung during mowing, and assesses the damage and the difficulty of finding a repair service.
