Secure Post Anchor with Concrete Screw

Are you team wet-set anchors or team installed after concrete cures?! Let us know!
What happens here
After drilling the pilot hole and ensuring it is clear of debris, carefully position the metal post anchor bracket directly over the hole. Make sure the bracket is aligned correctly with any layout lines (like the yellow string visible in the video) to ensure the post will be installed in the precise location. Insert a heavy-duty concrete screw (also known as a tapcon or concrete anchor screw) through the designated hole in the bracket and into the pilot hole. Use an impact driver with the appropriate socket or driver bit to drive the screw firmly into the concrete until the anchor bracket is securely fastened to the footing. Avoid over-tightening, which can strip the threads in the concrete.
