What happens here

Take the routed PVC trim boards and position two of them parallel on sawhorses, with the routed faces upwards. Place a third, unrouted PVC board perpendicularly against the edge of one of the routed boards to form an 'L' shape or the beginning of a U-shape. Using an air nail gun (such as a finish nailer or brad nailer) loaded with appropriate fasteners for PVC, secure this side piece to the edge of the first routed board. Repeat this process with a fourth PVC board on the opposite side to create a hollow, rectangular column section. Ensure all joints are flush and tight for a clean finish.

Goal: Construct hollow column sections from PVC boards
