Prepare Frame and Place First Panel

What happens here

The installation begins by preparing the existing wooden pergola or patio frame. The installer measures the dimensions of the wooden beams to ensure proper panel fit. A roll of white sealing tape is applied along the top surfaces of the wooden joists where the corrugated plastic panels will sit. This tape provides cushioning, helps prevent rattling, and acts as a seal against moisture. The first corrugated plastic panel is then carefully positioned onto the prepared frame, aligning it precisely with the structure.
