Always Use Water Clean Up Caulk On Fixtures!

What happens here

The presenter wets his finger and begins to wipe away the large, unsightly globs of caulk from around the tub spout. As he collects the excess caulk on his finger, he transfers it directly to the pre-moistened contractor's sponge. He notes that the amount initially applied was far too much, but this method allows for easy removal of the bulk. He also briefly shows how some of the removed caulk could be re-applied to the underside of the spout if there were any gaps there, ensuring no material is wasted and coverage is complete.

Goal: Using a wet finger, begin to remove the large, excessive blobs of caulk from around the tub spout, transferring the removed caulk onto the prepared wet sponge.
