What happens here
After gaining access, position the skid steer and observe the main construction zone. In this area, an excavator (specifically a Kubota mini-excavator equipped with a tilt rotator bucket) is already present and actively digging. The skid steer can then be used to move excavated material or to further prepare the immediate area around the retaining wall's future location. Ensure safety zones are established around the active excavation site.
